With its iconic tangy and savoury flavours, Adobo is often considered the unofficial national dish of the Philippines. Use this glaze as a marinade, or as a sauce to finish off meats, seafoods or vegetables.
SUGGESTED USAGES:
Deep-fry chicken wings, and toss them in a couple of spoonfuls of Filipino Adobo Glaze
Brush slices of aubergine with Filipino Adobo Glaze before frying them in a pan
Brush slices of pork belly with Filipino Adobo Glaze and marinate overnight before cooking

STORAGE: Store in a cool, dry place, unopened for at most a month. Keep refrigerated once opened, and use within a month
