Supper Clubs and Pop-ups with The Adobros

The ADobros return to the dodo

I come to you with belated news of what is potentially my last pop-up of the year - another evening of fun Filipino feasting at The Dodo in Hanwell in west London!

My last pop-up? Why, yes: pretty much all of my weeks between now and the end of the year have something happening, be it a wedding, several private bookings and dinners, and a couple of family occasions too.

And at The Dodo?? Well, it seems that my last evening there back in May - a pulutan-inspired evening - was good enough to convince the lovely proprietor, Lucy, to ask me to come back again. And this time around, I'll be bringing some hearty, warming and comforting dishes that are just perfect for taking the edge off some of the chills and dampness that are coming in as the days shorten and the skies darken.

Think tinola, the quintessential Filipino chicken soup for the soul, and kaldereta, the peppery and rich tomato-based hotpot brimming with delicious lamb.

Tara na, come join me at The Dodo.

The Adobros supper club in London

When are your next supper club/pop-up/residency dates?

The best way of keeping in touch with when out next dates are, is through our newsletter, where we first announce them loudly and proudly to the world - so do sign up to the mailing list using the form below!

Can I book private evenings / events / catering?

Yes! We have hosted birthdays and Christmas parties, provided small dishes for event catering (including weddings), and even made some desserts and sweets for special requests. We are pretty flexible and open-minded, so do check out our Private Dining page for more details

How many people do you cater for?

With the supper clubs we host at our flat, we can seat 14 people maximum, though please note that we are not really doing these at the moment. With our pop-ups and residencies it depends on the venue.

I have a dietary requirement, can you cater for it?

We try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to catering for certain dietary requirements as long as we are informed in advance, so that we can come up with a suitable menu alternative. If you have any concerns, please contact us via email at info@theadobros.com.

Are you guys dog-friendly?

We certainly love dogs and have a miniature dachshund of our own (Otter!), but unfortunately we cannot host other dogs are our flat, because of aforementioned dog being an anxious little thing. As for our pop-ups and residencies, this very much depends on the venue - many of which, unfortunately, have not been dog-friendly.
